Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • All figures and tables are provided in high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi for images, 600 dpi for line art) and editable formats (e.g., .tiff, .eps, or high-quality .jpg/.png for figures; native word processor table function for tables). They are numbered sequentially, explicitly cited in the main text in numerical order, and include comprehensive, self-explanatory legends. All measurements and units strictly adhere to the International System of Units (SI).
  • The official "Submission Checklist" PDF has been fully completed, signed by the corresponding author, and uploaded as a supplementary file. Additionally, a formal Cover Letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief has been uploaded, explicitly confirming the manuscript's originality, declaring that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and affirming that all listed authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • The manuscript is original, has not been published previously (in whole or in part), and is not currently under consideration for publication in any other journal. (Note: Prior posting on recognized preprint servers is acceptable if declared).
  • The manuscript is written in formal academic English, formatted in Microsoft Word (.docx), and strictly follows the IMRAD structure: Introduction (without subheadings), Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion (including a dedicated "Limitations" subsection), and Conclusions (as a separate section).
  • The abstract is strictly structured into four headings: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. It does not exceed 250 words, contains no citations, and is accompanied by 3–5 alphabetical keywords (preferably MeSH terms).
  • For studies involving human or animal subjects, a clear statement of Ethical Approval (including the specific IRB/IEC approval number) and Informed Consent is included in the Methods section. Furthermore, the manuscript adheres to the relevant EQUATOR Network reporting guidelines (e.g., CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, or CARE), and the completed checklist has been uploaded as a Supplementary File.
  • A dedicated "Declarations" section is included immediately before the References, containing explicit statements for: Funding, Competing Interests (Conflict of Interest), Data Availability, AI Use Disclosure, and CRediT Author Contributions.
  • All references are formatted strictly according to the APA 7th Edition style. The manuscript includes a minimum of 25 references, with at least 80% sourced from peer-reviewed journals published within the last 10 years. DOIs are mandatory for all journal articles where available, and all in-text citations perfectly match the reference list.

Author Guidelines

  1. Manuscripts are written in English.
  2. Abstracts can be written in English and must be brief but informative, consisting of 150 to 200 words and accompanied by 3 to 5 keywords for indexing purposes.
  3. The title of the manuscript must be short and informative, consisting of a maximum of 18 words.
  4. The author's name must be written in full accompanied by the name of the agency or institution and the author's address.
  5. Manuscripts of research results must be written systematically consisting of: title, author's name, abstract accompanied by keywords, introduction (without subtitles, informing background, literature review, and problem formulation or research objectives), materials and methods, results, discussion ( conclusions and suggestions should be placed at the end of the discussion), references.
  6. We recommend that you use a reference management tool such as Mendeley to manage the references in your manuscript.
  7. All articles in this journal have gone through a plagiarism check process of at least 20 percent
  8. References using APA 7th Edition, with a minimum of 15 references. Articles have minimal 25 recent references (last 10 years) and 80% is journal. References from journal publication should be provided by DOI. All cited references must be mentioned in in-text citation

Research Articles

This section is reserved for original, peer-reviewed research articles that present novel findings, empirical studies, or significant theoretical advancements in multidisciplinary health sciences. All submissions must adhere to the journal's formatting guidelines, ethical standards (COPE), and relevant reporting guidelines (e.g., STROBE for observational studies, CONSORT for clinical trials, PRISMA for systematic reviews). Manuscripts must include a structured abstract (maximum 250 words), a dedicated "Declarations" section, and a minimum of 25 references (80% from peer-reviewed journals published in the last 10 years).

Systematic Reviews

This section publishes systematic reviews that synthesize evidence on health-related questions using rigorous, reproducible methodologies. All submissions must adhere to PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. Manuscripts must include a structured abstract (maximum 300 words), a comprehensive search strategy, quality assessment of included studies, and a minimum of 40 references. Meta-analysis is encouraged when data permits.

Meta-Analysis

This section publishes quantitative syntheses that statistically combine results from multiple studies to derive pooled effect estimates. All submissions must follow PRISMA guidelines and include a comprehensive protocol registration (e.g., PROSPERO). Manuscripts must include a structured abstract (maximum 300 words), detailed statistical methods, assessment of heterogeneity and publication bias, and a minimum of 50 references.
